Our Business started 1987 and we have operated e-commerce sites since 1998. We have experience to help resolve disputes in a correct fair way, with the least possible loss to both parties involved. We reply as soon as possible and operate under London time zone GMT.
Terms
Out principles are TRUTH, FREEDOM, LOVE
1. The SELLER always needs to send the goods with a traceable package, if not done so and the package has not arrived to the BUYER within 40 bank days. The BUYER has to be credited or a new package with tracking should be sent out to the BUYER within 7 days.
2. The SELLER is responsible to contact the shipping company to trace the package he has sent, if lost, and compensate the BUYER with a new shipment or we will credit the BUYER if the SELLER does not respond or confirms compensation within 7days.
3. If the SELLER accepts to credit the BUYER -the case is closed immediately and the BUYER gets the money back.
4. If the BUYER has returned the goods to the SELLER and the SELLER has received the goods in good re-saleable condition -the case is closed immediately and the BUYER gets the money back.
5. If the BUYER confirms that he has received the correct goods OR if the SELLER can prove that the package or goods have been received by the BUYER and the BUYER does not reply -the case is closed immediately and the SELLER gets the money.
